Hawaiian Birthday Gift

This is my father John's gift to his friend Sondra. This birthday gift alludes to another gift to come - a cruise to Hawaii! The charicatures are my father's creations, which he asked me to put in a Hawaiian setting. You can see below the likeness he achieves!

This is a 10 pound challah (braided egg bread) that I made for my niece Tracy's wedding this summer.

The lotus flower is a watercolor painting, the poppy is in acrylic. The pendants are just under one inch square.
