Very nice indeed. My memory fails me but these remind me of some Master genre paintings. Maybe Degas? It's as if you took a picture of her with your painting; you've truly caught a moment.

Lovely, Hillary — I especially like the warm glow of the washes, the way you captured Susan's hair and the frills around her neckline.

Thank you Irit, Erika and Suzanne. I'm so happy to have the opportunity to paint from the figure. This was done from a live model (Susan). My friend, artist Kamillia Hardy organizes a figure painting session in her studio about two times a month. The gestures posted before this are from the same model.
