I should be sad for the hills but your painting is beautiful! Was this en plein aire? So big! I do feel bad for the residents, 2-legged, 4-legged with or without wings - that have been displaced due to the fires. I'm so glad you're ok. :)
The paintings are beautiful looks more like photos.The subject is so sad.
